I'm going to try to start writing more and try to start writing more in this blog!
I'm having swelling issues again. I started drinking soda again. I've gone mostly gluten-free since January. I've lost some more weight.
Here are health related goals. I had set a movement goal for April of 520 minutes. My kidney infection came back, however and I spent a shit-ton of time in bed last week. All I can do is keep going from here and see how close I get. Also back to no soda. Also no lemonade, which is like a major sacrifice for me in the summer. There is a good little packet thing that is sweetened with Stevia, but it's very expensive, but I will allow that.
